To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要數我最愛既茶餐廳,華星一定係其中之一,每次去到食都係叫翻我最愛既常餐。蛋可以要煎蛋/炒蛋,我當然會點又香又嫩又滑既炒蛋啦,配合埋件牛油脆多士,真係無敵。而湯粉方面,常餐原本係set好左叉燒湯意,但個人比較喜歡食火腿通粉,所以每次都會轉。你都可以叫根據自己口味叫翻鐘意既配料。個人鐘意加小小胡椒粉落d好濃既雞湯入面,少少辣仲好食!雖然每次都大排長龍,但其實人流都去得好快,等一陣就會有位,未食過真係一定要去試下!
