To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次都會吃的菜肉雲吞

不知道為什麼，每次在跑馬地都喜歡到上海弄堂用餐，還不只一次帶朋友或家人來了。今天又來到跑馬地，又來到了這裡。熟架步的我循例看看餐牌就點了98元的1人套餐，+ 茗茶加$3，亦因為是星期六日的關係，另收加一。1人套餐 $98:小食中選了《菜肉雲吞4只》，湯底清甜，雲吞滑溜，入口咬開肉汁多很惹味。主食點了《蔥爆牛肉配菜飯》。菜飯多菜而且有油香，米飯有光澤而且粒粒分明有咬口。蔥爆牛肉賣相已經惹味，入口更加香濃，嫌小咸的話，拌菜飯一起食實在不錯。唯牛肉可以更軟腍的話就更佳。最後加5元點了豆漿，可選冷/熱，我卻選了暖的，幸好店員好客有禮不嫌棄我麻煩。
