To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約埋朋友嚟到位於尖沙咀「殿大喜屋日本料理」喜歡這裏環境寬敞，食物種類又多選擇👍店員安排入座後就用QR code落單十分方便，我們先到自助區先取食物，自助區有冷盤、熟食、湯、沙律、水果、冷熱飲品、甜品及雪糕等。刺身拼盤第一時間當然先點了刺身先，三文魚刺身厚切肥美，帶子刺身雖然細細粒但肉質好清甜，牡丹蝦鮮甜爽口，仲有泰式生蝦加入咗少量泰式辣醬好惹味！蒜蓉燒生蠔蒜蓉味濃郁，生蠔好新鮮，粒粒都好肥美花膠海參瑤柱翅羹新加入嘅菜式之前未食過，花膠同海參都好爽口，材料十足，養顏一流！醉鮑魚鮑魚每一隻入口都帶點好香嘅酒味，煙煙韌韌口感不錯👍紫心香芋丸/榴槤炸彈香芋丸又香又爽脆，榴槤炸彈一咬開流心即時流出，又香又濃嘅榴槤味，非常吸引。
