To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次外賣話要走乜走乜都冇走，明明個員工落單嗰陣都跟我講一次要走啲咩，但係張單最後都唔啱😅 check完張單同佢講話佢漏打走乜野，之後佢又話得員工人工唔夠，唔得閒幫我改單。我返去自己挑走冇問題，但係擔心其他食客可能又遇到同樣情況。另外，有次我叫左3餸自選，但係碗麵撈埋三舊牛肉係入面，明明我都冇叫牛肉。如果有客對某啲食材有食物敏感或者有宗教問題唔小心食左咁點算，所以希望員工要注意。多單多外賣都唔可以用咁差嘅服務態度黎對客架
