To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節假期期間同家人出外食飯,由於父親大人喜歡食鴨,聽聞這間餐廳口卑不錯,所以訂了位!訂位時店員會告知用餐分2段時間,第一段時間係18:00-20:00,第二段時間係20:00後!因同行有老人家,不能太遲食飯,因此訂了18:00!去到門口已經有好多人了,全部都有訂位的,心想好彩自己有訂位,不然不知等到何時才能入座?!有訂位的客人好快便安排入座,場內差不多都是卡位,可惜地毯破舊,令人有污糟感覺-坐下便上水果,通常小食多數是花生之類,這裡很特別,水果是蜜瓜及火龍果,清甜及健康收費是茶位$15位,水果$10位,另有加一服務費。由於我地覺得套餐比較低食,所以點了$1288四人套餐,有:淮揚三绣牡丹蝦仁將蝦仁砌成一朵花般,綠葉用青瓜襯托,很美!味道方面不會過於濃味,蝦仁同青瓜好清新水鄉紅瑪瑙其實係海哲頭,口感厚身爽脆,醬汁酸酸地,好開胃黑松露素鵝餡料豐富有好香松露味,素鵝炸得好鬆脆,超好味停不了口!大都烤鴨(半隻)店員會將原整烤鴨比食客看過後,再拎比門口廚窗裡的師傅處理。烤鴨燒得金黃飽滿,賣相不錯 期待的片皮鴨上枱了,烤得色澤均勻,好吸引看到口水直流片皮鴨的皮與肉之間的肥膏已被處理掉了,所以吃不

期待的片皮鴨上枱了,烤得色澤均勻,好吸引
看到口水直流
片皮鴨的皮與肉之間的肥膏已被處理掉了,所以吃不到肥淋淋感覺
只會品嘗到片皮鴨的香脆,鴨肉的嫩滑
至於包片皮鴨的麵粉皮,整得好薄
不單可以吃到片皮鴨的香味,還吃到各種配料味道,不會只食到啖啖麵粉皮

芹菜魚羹
魚羹有芹菜的清香味,清淡而不咸,剛好解了片皮鴨的油膩感

紅燒花膠遼參
花膠同遼參妏得好淋好入味
花膠大片有咬口

開封包拯骨
其實係將炸過嘅骨淋上鎮江醋。看似普通但味道有層次,排骨面頭酸酸地,咬落脆口,內裡有熱辣辣嫩滑肉質,不會炸得過乾,係我食過最好的

金腿冬瓜雪
用蛋白整成,面頭有冬瓜蓉,香滑清淡

黃金蝦仁炒飯
炒飯炒得乾身,粒粒飯都均勻沾了咸蛋黃,不會太油太咸,每一啖飯都食到咸蛋黃的甘香
實在太邪惡了!
淮揚灌湯小籠包
熱辣辣,皮薄餡靚,有湯汁
好味
我地再加碟菜,鮮茄濃湯浸菜苗
味道不過不失,不難食就是了!
我覺得套餐的餸菜編排得好,有些濃味有些淡味,味道各自中和,食完後味覺令人有舒服感覺
