To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經的譚仔都是我午餐的首選,料足味正。可惜隨著分店越開越多,品質和服務卻一路下降。今日點了:酸辣雞肉魚腐米線。首先講講個酸辣湯底,嗰種酸辣調味有種很人工的味道,有小小刺喉,感覺並非全部用新鮮食材熬制而是加了人工調味劑。一份雞肉份量少到有些令人無法接受,雞肉非常碎,還要連皮。魚腐應該是炸好雪藏再解凍的,毫無口感可言。聽說譚仔在變為大集團式經營後,大部分食材是由中央廚房製作,倒也不難理解為何質素下降如此。
