To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日幫襯買咗個蕃茄薯仔排骨湯通粉配火腿煎蛋。附送餐包一個，好似飛機嗰啲咁。有幾個月冇幫襯過冇諗過質素差咗咁多。餐牌種類少咗，價錢維持喺大約四十幾蚊一個早餐。個蕃茄湯通粉咩味都冇，似清水煲蕃茄加兩粒鹽兩粒糖，仲要係嚴重唔夠鹹。排骨冇味似煲完湯嘅豬肉，鞋到爆 ， 大佬而家我唔係食減肥餐呀。 個碗細到好似茶記啲例湯咁， 成個通粉係夾硬塞入去，湯嚴重不足。不過咁講啲湯咁難飲，多同少都算啦。其實咁冇心做，不如執咗佢算啦，唔好霸住個位。冇諗過食完個早餐完全覺得今日係bad morning 。真係食唔落 ......浪費時間金錢。
