To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 酸辣湯底明明呢間比起同區百分百集團嘅做得好,但今時唔同往日。爸爸每次都一定要食咖喱牛坑腩飯,不過我諗都變咗,個樣無咩唔同但味道應該好唔同,其實我唔知有無變,因為唔係我食,但係如果差唔遠的話我爸爸都會食晒,但係佢都剩番好多飯食唔晒,咁都好明顯啲飯唔得~個咖哩咁辣,要連飯一齊食先會無咁辣,但係佢選擇連牛腩都食剩~咁媽媽都有食爸爸個牛腩,佢話應該同之前一樣,依然一樣辣。我同媽媽都食唔到個米線,填一填個肚就算啦~
