To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「火腿pizza 」调味比较清淡，饼皮是发酵过的那种，上面的菌很香，火腿也不错，就是酱汁少了点，味道不够浓郁，份量很足「脸颊肉阔蛋面」脸颊肉很嫩很好吃，酱汁非常淡，适合直接吃，阔蛋面全粘在一块了，酱汁不够咸所以面没味道这家真的是好健康的调味，连我都觉得淡了「雪芭」涨价了20%，选了柠檬的还不错，玫瑰酒的不太好次，很单一的玫瑰酒味道，可能做成gelato会好点，这家gelato普遍比雪芭的好吃，配的彩迪卷就是菜迪卷的香精味，难吃「餐前面包」热热的不错，虽然是早餐剩下的这家比前年来味道变差了，不过环境不错人少，偶尔来吃个早午餐还行。
