To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經常見到呢間連鎖店好多人，預左要等位，點知原來裡面好多位淨，唔知係因為人手唔夠定係特登營造多人食嘅景象。。星期日黃昏攞飛，無聊地等左半個鐘，全部人都喺度嘈。點菜已經用qr code 同自動上菜，點解唔放人入去。三文魚真係唔靚，唔知係未刀功問題，一塊塊西瓜片咁，啲壽司飯唔新鮮，硬到一粒粒，似夜晚超市啲壽司，茶又唔夠熱。天婦羅啲粉唔ok, 似街邊煎釀三寶啲粉，又冇天婦羅汁。其實好多年冇食過，同另一間連鎖最近好hit 嘅比，實在有啲距離。
