To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 4/29記得早排大家樂出左個爵士牛排,好吃,有香草牛油仲有焗薯後來去到最後改了送蕃薯條,都算啦因為呢間d忌廉蘑菇湯真是唔錯(有酥皮)那天打算再吃過爸腸胃唔多好改要了魚香茄子飯,汁好多連所有白飯都染曬汁,味道不過不失媽同我叫牛排餐,要紅湯+飯,另叫汽水(可樂)(另加5元)真是沒咩牛肉味,落得太多梳打粉了,而且d配菜咸到苦的,根本吃不落個飯就ok,紅湯是好港式的味道配菜特別是青豆真的好咸,吃不下去...服務就沒咩大出錯,呢間大家樂質素差左啦....

那天打算再吃過
爸腸胃唔多好改要了魚香茄子飯,汁好多連所有白飯都染曬汁,味道不過不失
媽同我叫牛排餐,要紅湯+飯,另叫汽水(可樂)(另加5元)

真是沒咩牛肉味,落得太多梳打粉了,而且d配菜咸到苦的,根本吃不落
個飯就ok,紅湯是好港式的味道
配菜特別是青豆真的好咸,吃不下去...

服務就沒咩大出錯,呢間大家樂質素差左啦....
