To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為17/10起元氣有一個會員大抽獎,所以我由1個月前開始儲分做會員。今天是第4次儲分,食完今餐應該可以成為會員了。自從元氣加了新宣傳公仔,我對元氣的好感大增,熊熊的確太可愛了。吃了好幾碟才記得要拍照🤦🏽‍♀️炸蝦卷🍤蝦是剛炸好,又熱又好味筋子壽司🍣到元氣必點的壽司,因為在其他地方很少食到油甘魚壽司🐟油香新鮮海膽軍艦🍣質素還好,但份量就😟填不完個軍艦啊吞拿魚腩壽司🐟肥美,但是刀工有點古怪,其實拿起魚生是斷開一截截蟹棒蟹膏黃壽司🦀蟹膏少得有點可憐赤貝壽司🐚爽口新鮮吞拿魚蓉壽司🐟下次還是叫吞拿魚腩比較好玉子壽司🥚要叫這個蛋包住飯的玉子壽司,蛋才是熱的,如果是一片蛋在飯上面,那片蛋是凍的海膽墨魚軍艦🦑不是什麼新鮮食材,但是我至愛的一款壽司迷你蟹肉魚子丼🍚真的很迷你,大約是2-3件壽司的份量這就是17/10開始的會員大抽獎獎品,大家留意啦沒表情的熊熊真的很可愛
