To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前看過食評話呢間性價比幾好,於是借住牛一朋友落來慶祝之時,出海慕名而去。從榕樹灣行山路去到索罟灣,大概中午12點,我地居然系午市第一圍客人!間餐廳大體上幾整潔企理,選佐個靠海噶位,海風吹過來好爽。點左個4人海鮮套餐,有炸吉列魷魚、椒鹽大蝦、蒜蓉元貝(自己改的,加50蚊)、清蒸魚、油菜同炒飯,總共$488。魷魚整得幾好,唔會太肥膩,而且魷魚都幾新鮮。碟炒飯分量好足,調味亦都恰到好處。至於椒鹽大蝦,可能我本身口味比較清淡,而且連殼吃,覺得超咸。但剝左殼之後味道都可以。條魚系盲鰽,肉好新鮮,但略帶腥味。除此之外,老闆好熱情招呼,而且仲幫我地去問船期同是否有位。總噶來講,雖然未吃遍招牌菜式,而且都有d未盡人意,但都算高性價比。
