To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比呀仔米線好食

之前我好鐘意食呀仔米線, 但最後我覺得味道愈唻愈差, 雞肉一定有雪味, 米線時硬時淋, 我開始去試其他米線, 依一間好近我公司, 有時lunch過去都方便, 食左幾次先醒起可以寫下食評我唔食辣架, 成日比人笑我少左好多樂趣...今次叫雞絲配菜, 好鐘意佢真係雞絲唔係雞肉, 咁樣會梗加入味, 湯底有酸菜, 所以酸酸地好開胃, 唔覺唔覺就食哂牛展雞絲少少辣, 佢配菜都幾足料, 絕對唔會每樣得一兩片幾條咁, 加野飲就加$5, 冇加一, 四十蚊左右一碗, 我覺得做lunch 唔錯既選擇！
