Originally, my hubby & I planned to try a new restaurant before watching Oct 1 fireworks. Although we missed the fireworks ultimately, we have no regret (because of the food & professional attitude of the Japanese Noodle Chef). The noodles they offer is so different from what you can find elsewhere. The taste of the soup is not v salty but you can tell it's the essence of fresh ingredients. The most impressive one is the ice-cream. As a big fan of ice-cream, I never try such an extra-ordinary favor. It's a real surprise to me and it's a very very nice suprise. A strong vanille taste ice-cream with a "scret" source and a few pieces of "gold" on top. I bet you'll be fully attracted by both its taste & presentation. All you can tell is (no matter ice-cream, noodles & dumplings) "everything is so valued for money"! Hope there would be more people appreciate the heart of the chef on top of its excellent dishes!! It has just been opened for 2 weeks, so it's not crowded at all. But I expect it'll become a famous one v soon.
