我哋三個人之前喺黃大仙嗰間分店食咗酸菜魚,辣椒炒肉,酸辣雞雜等都好好味,唔會太鹹或者太辣。諗住今次嗌啲新嘅餸試吓,點知喺呢間分店嗌咗四個餸,全部都炒車,本身仲諗住再嗌小食⋯食完主菜之後覺得冇呢個必要,唔知點解嗰個廚師煮餸可以唔均勻又好鹹,有啲無味有啲係全部都係鹽味,就算想個客嗌飯都唔係咁炒法分別嗌咗呢個豆腐湯,大蒜炒臘肉,茶樹油炒雞,招牌嘅蝴蝶魚係得杯檸檬茶正常建議想食返好食嘅湘菜,都係去返黃大仙嗰間分店。首先講喺呢個湯先,佢講係湯底其實得汁水唔係真正嘅湯,雖然豆腐好滑,但係佢嘅胡椒調味都好重,係飲唔到個湯。另外嗰個蝴蝶魚係招牌其實幾期待嘅,但係個調味又係好奇怪,鹹得嚟又好唔均勻,有啲冇味有啲就超鹹,雖然食落好爽口,但係招牌到呢個水平好失望。幾個餸裏面其實呢個算正常,因為煙熏味嘅臘肉係好開胃,但係個臘肉係超級肥同埋厚,係好少瘦肉位,正常咁肥應該切得好薄先啱,搞到都唔會真係食到幾多,同埋始終都係偏鹹,食完一嚿要食好多飯或者飲好多檸檬茶先得。第一次食炒雞係雞雜多個隻雞,而且雞嘅份量半隻同三份一都冇,可能得¼囉,而且雞肉嘅份量不但只少而且細粒冇乜肉咁滯,真心唔建議嗌,而且我哋堂食係三個人都比

首先講喺呢個湯先,佢講係湯底其實得汁水唔係真正嘅湯,雖然豆腐好滑,但係佢嘅胡椒調味都好重,係飲唔到個湯。
另外嗰個蝴蝶魚係招牌其實幾期待嘅,但係個調味又係好奇怪,鹹得嚟又好唔均勻,有啲冇味有啲就超鹹,雖然食落好爽口,但係招牌到呢個水平好失望。
