To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同珊地又出動! 下午肚打鼓, 珊地和海綿寶寶一起行過隔離的麗豪酒店濠餐廳食下午茶BUFFET.是日周日, 出奇人客不是很出, 訂了座故然不用等, 就算沒訂座, 3:30 來到, 也可WALK-IN 揀靚位坐.窗外天朗氣清, 餐廳室內環境也很優美, 真是來嘆下午茶的好地方.巡視一迴, 食物種類不算多, 也缺乏主要出擊的對象. 熱盤5-6款. 好味的有一樣 豬RIBS. 日式有一口泠面(OK), 一口八爪魚(GOOD), 一口海蜇(VERY ＢＡＤ) , SUSHI 竟然無三文魚, 太失敗.. 好味的全部無REFILL, SO ＳＡＤ！海綿寶寶食了兩碗豆腐花, 好食!珊地就最中意藍莓CAKE同MOVENPICK 雪糕. 雪糕有專人SERVE, VERY ＮＩＣＥ！總結來說, 地方同SERVICE算不錯, 食物方面就真係無咩驚喜.埋單用HANG SENG CARD 找數有6折, 但WAITER 竟然提都唔提 (差評!), 好在自珊地醒目! 二人平均不用100 作為街坊, 比3粒星啦.
