To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見食評好，去吃午餐。門口的相片賣相都好。滿坐要等位。坐門口，一開門就有熱風，環境差。算啦可能食物好。試左2款午歺。 但中了㑀 ! 蕃茄豚肉意粉。最好蕃茄，但薄切豬肉，從未試过是有骨，是多骨又孩，冇肉味，真失望。忌廉湯稀，吾杰吾滑，溝水加生粉，仲有幾舊生粉未攪勻。另外叫了南瓜帶子意大利飯。珍珠帶子超細粒又少，南瓜粒都找吾到，只有南瓜汁，意大利飯吾軟。又失望。真吾明為何仍滿坐 ? 扮cafe，未夠班。最弊 連茶餐廳質素都冇，翠華，翠河都好过它。
