To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直以來都有幫襯這家餐廳環境很好坐的舒適菜單一直有更新但這次到訪實在有些失望講真今時今日差不多300一位的set lunch已經算高級餐廳了吧餐前麵包這麼基本的東西 端上來完全是凍的而且硬到咬不動餐廳是很空的 也就是說不應該忙到無暇顧及這些基本食物質素湯和前菜不過不失主食的牛面頰一如既往的穩定, 好吃甜品要了麵包布丁朋友點了donut兩個甜品完全不行外面麵包房賣的都好很多廚師是不是要自己嘗一下先?短期內,不想再去

餐前麵包這麼基本的東西
端上來完全是凍的
而且硬到咬不動
餐廳是很空的
也就是說
不應該忙到無暇顧及這些基本食物質素

湯和前菜不過不失
主食的牛面頰一如既往的穩定, 好吃

甜品要了麵包布丁
朋友點了donut
兩個甜品完全不行
外面麵包房賣的都好很多

廚師是不是要自己嘗一下先?

短期內,不想再去
