To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六中午第一次來食這間泰國餐廳,坐下來先來一碗冬冬陰公湯,冬陰公湯味道和平時喝到的都是一樣,沒有太大落差。然後再加了$29元的小食,泰式鳳爪,這道菜,鳳爪味和酸辣味分開了,吃得出醃製時間不夠。再上的是主食-「泰式海南雞豬頸肉飯」,想不到這道菜有點失望,因為泰國餐廳好基本的素材。雞不滑,煮得太老,醬料完全不配點雞,豬頸肉的醬料還可以,能夠帶出豬頸肉有燒過的味道,但是份量過少,適合女孩子食。最後一道菜是「馬拉盞粉絲炒豬肉片」。這道主食,我要邊食邊狂喝水,因為味道極咸,喜歡食重口味馬拉盞的有機會喜歡食,而本人認為可以輕點手,因為米粉隨隨便便就能夠入味,不用加那麼多調味醬!最後想說一下現場環境,我只是點了兩個主食,一個鳳爪,兩杯飲品,枱已不夠位放食品,枱極小,因為員工把台分成一半,而現場雖然是繁忙時間,但也沒有坐滿客人,我認為可取走枱上的「分隔膠板」,令可擺放更多食物,太大壓迫感了!
