To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日在深水埗覓食，打算試呢間出名阿華田流心西多。剛好過咗三點下午茶，跟餐送熱飲，叫咗杯凍檸茶+$3，茶底偏苦澀、味道濃郁。三餸車仔麵 $46 加底+$6餐廳規定至少叫3款餸，咁就叫咗牛腩、魚肉春卷、豬紅，配番薯粉。春卷普通，牛腩多筋，豬紅OK入味，叫咗中辣都唔係好辣，需要自己再加秘製蒜蓉辣椒醬，整體味道中規中矩。煎餃八隻 $42（雙拼加$3）車仔麵普通，反而煎餃出色、有驚喜。難怪眼見唔少枱都嗌咗。韭菜豬肉餃，非常多汁，炸得又脆，好味。至於芝士粟米餃，呢款係冇豬肉喺入面嘅🧐口感就爭啲，不過芝士味好香甜。阿華田流心西多士 $35去到重口戲西多，本來充滿期待，食完之後幾失望🙁流心效果幾澎湃嘅，但食落冇乜阿華田味，比花生醬味搶晒，好似食緊一嚿普通西多加啲阿華田粉沈喺面咁。總結煎餃係可以一試，其他就正正常常啦😌
