To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日諗住外賣自取,揀咗呢間離屋企都幾遠嘅漁樂試吓,食東南亞泰式嘢,我揀咗佢嘅鮮蝦喇沙。個人而言,我鍾意食椰汁湯底味重啲嘅喇沙,但我知道最正宗嗰隻應該唔會係椰汁味太重。食物回到家,我急不及待打開盒子,首先要試嘅係佢嘅湯底, 唔知係好彩定唔好彩,佢係比較正宗嘅喇沙湯底,即係辣味酸味重啲,但係椰汁味較少。要注意嘅係,好多人會將喇沙同冬陰功湯底撈亂,如果個湯底係酸味辣味較重嘅多數係冬陰功。講到食喇沙湯底,我都會係期望佢椰汁🥥味重啲。不得不提及佢嘅鮮蝦,鮮蝦嘅份量都頗多,大約有七隻,雖然蝦嘅體積唔係超大,但我覺得細細隻,佢又幫我開埋邊都幾容易食的。麵條方面,佢都係用咗正宗喇沙嘅油麵,十分飽肚。總括而言,鍾意食東南亞風味重嘅喇沙湯底朋友們可以一試。
