To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 完成家中的大掃除後,寶貝竟然提議要去喝茶。因為想順道在海趣坊處理一些事,所以決定去稻香試試看。稻香用自助取票方式是個很好的安排,不過呢,人還真的多,兩人或以下基本上一定要搭檯,三人或以上才可選搭檯或不搭檯,這是我最不喜歡的部份,但也可能因為這樣,我和寶貝等了十分鐘不到,就跟另外六位不相識的人士同坐一張大檯。隨便叫了四樣東西:燒賣、蝦米煎腸粉、雙色餃子、杧果布甸。服務方面,不提也罷。燒賣:算是最正常的,不論賣相及味道。杧果布甸:味道正常,但質感不佳,太硬,寶貝吃了一半都不願再吃。雙色餃:餃皮好像蒸不熟,一夾即散,味道一般。蝦米煎腸粉:煎到成pet野,沒有蔥味,油淋淋。如是者連茶錢,$86,唔可以話好貴,但好難食。我想晚市來吃飯或打邊爐還勉強可以的,但要我再來飲茶,真係免了。

隨便叫了四樣東西:燒賣、蝦米煎腸粉、雙色餃子、杧果布甸。
