好耐冇嚟過食蟹,記得之前嚟食,好正!今日慶祝旗袍生日,嚟食蟹做生日飯!前菜三點有蟹肉沙律、螢光魷魚及牛蒡。超開心,有我鍾意食嘅螢光魷魚,鮮味可口有天然鹹香~精選廚師發板刺身有深海池魚,金目鯛、帶子,蟹肉刺身,牡丹蝦;比較少食蟹肉做刺身,就算就咁食已經好鮮甜蟹肉蒸蛋滑溜嘅蒸蛋加上一絲絲蟹肉、仲有少少鹹香嘅三文魚子蒸毛蟹今晚食北海道三大名蟹之一嘅原隻北海道毛蟹!大廚非常細心,每一部位都剪好晒,方便我呢啲懶人食!蟹肉唔算多,不過蟹膏非常甘香滑溜,香味亦都好濃郁。就咁簡單蒸就最好,最能夠食到新鮮蟹肉嘅甜味浜燒蟹腳分別叫咗松葉蟹腳及鱈場蟹腳,夠晒大條,啲肉又多,又有燒嘅香味海鮮天婦羅盛合有蟹腳、蝦、南瓜、茄子,其實未食到呢道菜已經好飽甲羅燒 釀滿蟹膏嘅松葉蟹蓋,加上蟹肉及鵪鶉蛋!喺烤爐上翻滾,超香,第一次放喺蝦片上食,太惹味,停唔到口松葉蟹釜飯以日本產珍珠米、上湯、雜菇、銀杏及松葉蟹肉等食材放入鍋煮成釜飯。飯嘅質感啱啱好,唔會太軟或太硬,盡吸蟹汁嘅味道,超級鮮甜。仲特別請店員唔好落咁多黑松露醬,唔想蓋過啲蟹味~綠茶布甸超有綠茶味,而且唔甜!加埋粒蕨餅,飽晒~
