To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過橋米線大集會，十多種配料，湯底夠熱，味道一般，因為咩肉都有，有豬牛雞肉、豬潤幾好夠爽、豬肉與蒜泥白肉都是來自相同部胃，爽口，其他配料平平無其，除左竹笙和墨丸，不過墨丸甜咗少少，吃不到新鮮墨魚味。另外，小食蒜泥白肉就蒜香味濃稠，豬肉嫩滑，好味。土匪鷄翼雖然肉質嫰滑，但是外皮不夠酥脆，味道一般，沒有想像中的辣。
