To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一般酒樓食肆,都會在取票機取票等侯,但這裡採用另類方式,不是服務員叫號入座,而是任由一大班「以老賣老」的所謂銀髮長者,洶湧而入,毫無秩序可言。牠們只懂爭先恐後搶奪卡位,不用依據號碼去入座,還要「理直氣壯」責罵守秩序的食客。找服務員查問,他們竟然也說:「就是如此!」一股愛理不理的態度,原來稻香集團就是這樣的企業文化,令人氣憤。這也難怪客人的平均年齡愈來愈大,年青人當然也不敢光顧,香港不是一向有排隊的優良文化嗎?在稻香,只會見到一群饑餓不堪、不守秩序、惡形惡相的食客,這樣的飲食體驗,這樣的服務水平,這樣的企業文化,如何在這競爭激烈,講求優質服務的香港繼續生存下去呀?
