To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入去之前，見到門口外嘅枱有幾個人坐咗喺度煲煙、吹水，都有啲猶豫，不過媽媽媽媽想食東南亞食品，就唯有入去一試，點知食完成個人滾晒。1）員工對餐牌認識不足，叫軟殼蟹米紙卷嚟咗雞翼。2）點生啤，最初話賣晒，未返貨，之後隔離枱點嘅時候又有。3）進入店舖前，張貼了「因疫情關係，免收加一，直至另行通知。」隔離枱埋單時，應該係老闆娘的人仲大大聲講送個香芒糯米飯同無收加一，但到我埋單之時，竟然計埋加一，而張通告亦不翼而飛。不作評論，自己諗吓幫唔幫襯。
