To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麥記唔經唔覺，原來已經食左有十幾年，從幼稚園到大學，佢既鍋貼魚蛋都係咁好味!!!小籠包($20)有五粒，皮薄，一咬落去，肉質好有口感，唔係鬆散既肥肉，而且入面好多汁!!魚蛋($6, 5粒) Super彈牙, 加埋甜醬同特製辣椒醬，我食多幾串都無問題!!鍋貼($10,4件) 好香口，個底好脆 , 咬落去仲會有肉汁，唔會煎得過熟，正宗皮脆肉嫩!小雲吞 $12 八粒
