Restaurant: 麥記美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

民間第一口水雞

食過麥記好多次，住在采頤的朋友都話係鎮園之寶，每次去開戈頭都會想食，招牌菜當然係口水雞！！口水雞食過好多間，但麥記個汁真係好好食，夠香，而且辣度適中，唔算太辣，d雞夠嫩夠滑，雞皮正，回味無窮，諗起都留口水，配油飯一流，唔食辣嘅朋友可以揀海南雞飯，另外唔少得係米粉，佢隻米粉係曲曲地戈隻米粉，同平時直身戈隻唔同，有好多味揀，番茄同酸辣係我最愛，但配菜唔算太多，就係普通的牛丸、芝士腸、菜、豬紅等等，同朋友一齊叫兩碗米粉，加個口水雞就食到lam lam脷，可惜地方好細，得4-5張台，午餐時候要等，晚餐好快就賣晒。
