To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔好睇小枝豆！佢唔係一般嘅枝豆一上枱大家不斷話好香。牛油味重，反而蒜味唔算太濃，適合作為前菜同佐酒小食，話咁快就清咗一碟。
燒魔鬼魚翅鬆脆可口，冇諗過係呢個口感，不過如果可以切細啲/份量大啲就好，我哋多人，一人一塊就冇晒Iu。

炸海苔真係大推，好有驚喜，原本以為係一片片點知係厚炸，大啖食落去出乎意料超滿足。
鹽燒雞翼冇過份修飾同調味，肉質鮮嫩。仲好貼心有埋錫紙可以套住用手食加分！

厚揚日本豆腐外皮比較厚，佢特別在冇用炸粉但都依然好香脆，豆腐保持嫩滑。

仲有傳統日本打/搗年糕表演，食客都可以玩埋一份。完咗表演仲有得食添
