我好鍾意食法國菜,但我呢啲好casual嘅人又好怕餐廳太靜太拘謹好唔自在。所以我一直都好鍾意黎Chez Bistro,因為佢嘅餐廳氣氛優雅得黎,又唔會需要靜到圖書館咁太拘謹局束。另外呢度嘅餐廳好啱我心水,服務好食物好吃,CP值極佳!!晚餐4個course,包括餐包,前菜,湯,主菜,甜品。鴨肝配蘋果砵酒汁,煎得啱啱好,好香口,外層脆但內裡肉汁,配埋蘋果蓉砵酒汁唔會太膩,好好味!!鮮蠔周打魚湯,鮮香撲鼻,口感厚而不膩,濃郁嘅蠔香。我呢啲食肉獸牛魔王梗係要鋸扒,點少得叫炭燒美國黑毛安格斯肉眼扒,叫咗七成左右,用炭燒嘅餐廳已經好少見,燒出嚟嘅肉帶有煙燻香味,特別juicy,入口即融,脂肪和油花豐富,牛味極重,有水準~Hojicha Tiramisu 焙茶提拉米蘇,啱晒我又鍾意Hojicha又鍾意Tiramisu嘅人。個甜品有大火烘焙過後嘅茶味,多咗一股獨特嘅炭焙香,但又有tiramisu嘅口感。整體服務同水準都非常滿意,我嘅至愛餐廳。

鴨肝配蘋果砵酒汁,煎得啱啱好,好香口,外層脆但內裡肉汁,配埋蘋果蓉砵酒汁唔會太膩,好好味!!


鮮蠔周打魚湯,鮮香撲鼻,口感厚而不膩,濃郁嘅蠔香。


我呢啲食肉獸牛魔王梗係要鋸扒,點少得叫炭燒美國黑毛安格斯肉眼扒,叫咗七成左右,用炭燒嘅餐廳已經好少見,燒出嚟嘅肉帶有煙燻香味,特別juicy,入口即融,脂肪和油花豐富,牛味極重,有水準~


Hojicha Tiramisu 焙茶提拉米蘇,啱晒我又鍾意Hojicha又鍾意Tiramisu嘅人。個甜品有大火烘焙過後嘅茶味,多咗一股獨特嘅炭焙香,但又有tiramisu嘅口感。


整體服務同水準都非常滿意,我嘅至愛餐廳。
