To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

空間夠闊落，唔會坐得好迫，最啱同一班朋友黎chill下🥰-碳烤美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒（10oz）$298Side Dish 配香濃芝士薯蓉叫左Medium, 火候控制得唔錯，切開睇個樣岩岩好，唔會過熟同生👍🏻牛肉質地實淨之餘仲嫩滑，牛香味亦都頗重🥰加少少蒜泥同黑椒鹽，已經令味道加強，當然配埋醬汁就另一種享受🤤 香濃芝士薯蓉，真係啖啖薯容都有芝士，唔會有啲部份有有啲冇，真心好食🥰-經典新鮮藍青口配白酒忌廉汁 $178本身青口本身比較細隻，所以肉質都鮮嫩，同埋佢個白酒忌廉汁真係煮得好濃好香～脆麵包點個汁真係好上癮雖然份量係0.5kg，但好似食極都仲有，好抵食😆-龍蝦汁海鮮意大利麵 $188味道香濃，醬汁夠濃稠，每條意粉都掛到汁，而且海鮮份量夠多，唔錯👍🏻
