To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1. 預約20位買一送一優惠自助餐,職員提示需要是住客才能有資格,於是就預訂酒店兩晚。2. 使用時要求結帳,職員才告訴一間房只能優惠12位,其他人要正價,還聲稱接受預訂時沒有義務解釋優惠詳情,是顧客沒有看清楚優惠細則。真的氣憤,簡直是有意欺騙及隱瞞。3. 預約時應該提示優惠詳情,進入餐廳時亦有義務解釋優惠詳情,點解到了結帳才突然有義務解釋呢?4. 不同的職員分別過來查詢及討論,超過30分鐘騷擾客人不能進餐後....無奈之下接受了職員的付款安排,只是不想浪費時間。5. 處理後,職員還笑著問候: 今天是食物如何啊?真的更加氣憤,一群朋友的心情被破壞了,時間被浪費了,還問食物如何?真的不知道他是想要什麼結果啊~6. 對客人服務細心周到才能成為好酒店的。
