To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約了好友在這裡聚會,餐廳環境不錯,氣氛很有情調。最先來了兩杯cocktails,我朋友的是紅火龍果製成,顏色鮮豔奪目,我的是橙酒,橙味香濃,易入口。接著是前菜焗田螺,配上黑松露製的醬汁,很惹味開胃😋不得不提餐湯,那個龍蝦湯,味道香濃,而且有原粒的帶子肉,真材實料👍主菜是大蝦意粉,味道較濃,鮮味十足。而且原隻大蝦,蝦肉彈牙,意粉是手工製,口感獨特,煙韌😬另一款主菜是鱸魚,十分喜歡這道菜,因為魚的肉質夠結實,不會鬆散,而且味道清新,感覺不太膩。最後來了客甜品,為此晚餐畫上完美的句號。
