去屯門搵朋友,如果唔係因為有屯門友,都唔會搵到呢間餐廳!一打開門,好似返咗家鄉咁,好有居酒屋感覺呀!佢哋嘅雙色玉子棒真係食得出一層層嘅口感,但仍然有蛋嘅嫩滑口感🥚🥚~上面加咗明太子蝦沙律同埋魷魚沙律,我個人鍾意魷魚多啲,🦑因為夠爽口,但明太子就比較香🦐~呢個日本特盛岩蠔未免太鮮美了🦪!岩蠔本身已經大隻,肥美又鮮甜,仲要加咗海膽~仲有我最鍾意嘅三文魚籽,完全係將海入面最鮮味最精華嘅嘢都放埋一齊🌊食完感覺到成口都係不同嘅海洋鹹香同鮮甜味~鐵板上嘅時候香味四溢,帆立貝煮得剛好,仍然保留住肉汁~而唔好忘記墊底嘅洋葱們,佢哋一樣甜香四溢㗎🧅!又有蠔又有蝦又有海膽,點可以唔食埋蟹呢🦀?!呢個松葉蟹炒飯炒得好乾身,唔會太濕又唔會太油~配埋蟹肉同埋蟹籽,簡單嘅炒飯變得更美味~因為真係好鍾意飲梅酒,而且佢哋嘅係自家製,當然要試試🥃!一入口梅香味好強烈,慢慢飲就feel到酒精濃度應該都幾高,半杯就已經wing wing地🙈🙈唔太飲得嘅朋友就揀咗巨峰提子生啤🍇~啤酒帶有提子嘅甜味就更加易入口,適合女士們🍻~
