Nhau做的是當代越南菜,位置不太好找,要從荷里活道一個樓梯往下走,或者從皇后大道一個樓梯往上走。Nhau在越南語的意思是「together」,餐廳氣氛很好,音樂聲音大小恰到好處。菜單一共12道菜加3個甜品,8個人把整個菜單點了兩遍,每道菜都適合多人分享,味道也都很好吃,非常適合朋友小聚,美中不足就是青菜的選擇很少,只有一道烤花菜,沒有綠葉菜,但是對於愛吃肉的我來說這都不是問題,推薦。個人喜歡的菜:Roasted cauliflower with caramalised pork kho quet 烤花菜搭配焦糖豬肉碎和豬肉鬆,再配上魚露和蒜,好吃極了。Banh Mi Tacos, rice tortilla, bbq pork & home-made sriracha mayo 豬肉的soft taco搭配香辣蛋黃醬,由於前兩天剛吃過專門的taco店,跟那裡比還是有一定距離的,不過這裡做的依然美味,香辣蛋黃醬加豬肉碎juicy又有滋味,上面放甜蘿蔔解膩,米制的餅質感也很好,喜歡。Roasted sucking pig with lettuce wrap, house pickles,

Roasted sucking pig with lettuce wrap, house pickles, mixed herbs, and rice vermicelli 烤乳豬,我用青菜包著吃,同時還卷了醃菜和米粉。表皮十分酥脆,肉質很嫩很滋潤,搭配微辣的醬汁十分好吃。

Slow cook pork belly banh Xeo with rice crackers, sautéed beansprouts & carrots 豬五花,搭配豆芽和蘿蔔絲解膩,五花肉十分軟嫩多汁,很入味,搭配輔菜也不覺得膩,喜歡。一般五花肉我就嘗一塊覺得膩,但這裡的連續吃了很多。

Cold jelly fish salad with sliced pig ear, banana blossom, cucumber, and huey inspired vinaigrette 兩道沙拉放在一起說,一個是烤魷魚沙拉,還有一個是涼拌海蜇沙拉,兩者口感類似,因為都是vinaigrette涼拌的,都是酸酸的口感,夏天吃十分清爽。我個人更喜歡海蜇沙拉,因為裡面還加了豬耳朵等更多配料,口感更加豐富,而且海蜇真的更適合做酸甜味道的涼拌菜。

Fried chicken with fish sauce caramel & home-made sriracha sauce 炸雞,外帶魚露焦糖炸衣,搭配自家制辣椒醬,雞肉裡面炸的很嫩很juicy,第一口我居然以為是魚肉,而且意外的很入味。我不愛吃大塊的炸雞,但是這道很喜歡。

Classic spring rolls with pork, shrimp, wood ear mushroom,春捲,裡面有豬肉、蝦、黑木耳,是典型的越南春捲,外皮炸的很清脆,餡料很豐富,比之前吃的春捲餡料放的都多。

Wagyu Bo Luc Lac, wagyu beef cube, fried pearl onions & cherry tomatoes,肉質有些老,口感不嫩很柴,所以整體感覺一般。

Grilled lemongrass spring chicken with lettuce wrap, house pickles, mixed herbs & rice vermicelli 烤春雞,這道和烤乳豬有點類似,可以搭配青菜、醃菜、米粉吃,但是味道比烤乳豬差了不少。首先品相上,黑焦的部分比較多,然後個人覺得也沒有烤乳豬入味,如果這兩選一個,還是推薦烤乳豬。

甜品是三種不同口味的冰淇淋:

Pandan ice cream with sticky rice honeycomb cake, puffed rice &basil meringues 班蘭葉冰淇淋,搭配糯米蜂窩蛋糕,很有東南亞風味,個人很喜歡。

Ginger coconut ice cream with coconut mochi & crispy tapioca 椰子姜味冰淇淋,搭配椰子味道的mochi,整體姜味十足。

Salted coconut caramel ice cream with banana pannacotta & caramlised banana 鹽漬椰子焦糖冰淇淋,下面搭配了香蕉味道的pannacotta,這道相對更甜膩。

三道裡面我最喜歡的是pandan
ice cream。
