同家人親戚一行八人去咗太平館餐廳慶祝Boxing Day。一踏入餐廳,就有一個去咗第二個國度同穿越時空嘅感覺,餐廳設計由天花到地氈都好懷舊,牆上掛有舊香港嘅相片,真叫人懷緬過去。環境氣氛都一流,座位闊落,坐得好舒適,家人都好鍾意。我哋點咗餐廳大部分嘅經典名菜:瑞士雞翼、干炒牛河、烚鹹牛脷、燒豬髀、焗葡國雞飯、焗梳乎厘,另外仲有捲筒石斑同大蝦多士配沙律。蝦多士:不過不失。炸得好酥脆,但無乜蝦味,亦無乜多士味。瑞士雞翼:瑞士汁一流,甜甜的,好濃郁,好開胃,佢加咗麻油令味道更香口。但我覺得雞翼口感可做得更好,雞皮唔彈牙,肉好淋,但亦係欠彈力同嫩滑。另外,啲雞翼未夠入味,佢只係層皮有瑞士汁味,肉則沒有。但個汁真係出色嘅,食到舔舔脷!干炒牛河:我全晚最欣賞嘅菜式。炒得好香,食落去唔油膩,鹹甜當中帶有淡淡嘅燶味,牛肉好嫩好滑好彈牙,河粉亦炒得剛剛好,晶瑩通透,有彈力。無得彈!烚鹹牛脷:見到碟餸,本身有啲擔心,擔心淨係得鹽水,牛脷會唔會好酥。點知一食有驚喜,牛脷好香,即使係厚切亦唔會硬,煮得好淋好嫩亦彈牙,口感一流,味道唔錯。燒豬髀:,汁好香甜,顏色同味道都好似瑞士汁,肉好薄身好嫩,吸晒啲汁嘅精華,

捲筒石斑:哩個餸就真係有啲失望。炸得有點硬,唔係好食到魚或魚味,無啖啖肉嘅感覺,捲筒入面好似夾住塊火腿,亦係無咩味。個汁,我都無咩印象。

焗梳乎厘:全晚焦點!個梳乎厘人頭咁大,一上枱我哋都忍唔住嘩嘩聲,瘋狂影相!味道唔錯,好香嘅蛋白味同甜味,裡面軟綿綿的,入口即溶,好食!

另外,我亦好想讚哩度嘅服務,大部分嘅侍應都有返咁上下年紀,但佢哋真係好專業好有經驗,服務殷勤周到,好細心同好有活力,手腳亦好靈活敏捷。我感受到佢哋好鍾意自己份工,亦對自己份工感到自豪。十個讚!多謝你哋!
