講到香港人集體回憶,「皇后飯店」絕對可以佔一席位始創於1952年,創辦人當年跟隨俄羅斯名廚學藝而成為俄國大菜的名手,第一家店開設於北角英皇道,開業那年適逢英女皇的冊封,因而將餐廳命名「皇后」----------今天晚上到訪北角店品嚐一下少有的俄羅斯菜,同時去懷緬一下紅磚柱、黑色沙發及椅子、白色桌布及紗簾、英式懷舊電話亭等,皆瀰漫著懷舊的西餐廳氣氛----------🔹3 Course Dinner: 威靈頓牛柳 $355奉送餐包、咖啡或茶,餐湯點選羅宋湯,前菜點選大蝦俄國薯仔沙律餐包鬆軟輕甜,塗上牛油更滋味;羅宋湯足料,質地偏稠,鹹酸平衡前菜沙律蔬菜新鮮,大蝦鮮味,薯仔粉糯,以微鹽調味鹹香適中,配搭沙律醬夠開胃主菜威靈頓牛柳外層做得細薄,焗至表面金黃非常吸引酥皮牛油香濃郁,酥脆可口;內裡牛柳煮至7成熟,配搭蘑菇蓉及松露肉汁,濃香惹味,肉嫩緊緻;主菜可配飯、意粉或薯菜,薯條香脆而薯香豐富,西蘭花、椰菜花及車厘茄皆新鮮又有適量調味----------🔹3 Course Dinner: 西京燒銀鱈魚柳 $325前菜點選白酒煮青口,青口鮮味,白酒跟忌廉比例平衡主菜銀鱈魚雪白嫩滑,充滿啖啖銀鱈魚
