「Komune」是一間酒店酒吧西餐廳,走 causal 輕鬆風格。餐廳內部分為三大部份,其中三分一是半開放式廚房位置,當中擺放了一張 chef table。餘下的三份二位置室內室外用餐空間各佔一半,後者較適合 Happy Hour 聊天之用。小編被安排坐於最近室外用餐區的室內位置。現時天氣漸涼其實問題不大,只是隱若嗅到煙味稍稍影響了用餐享受。一連三道餐前小吃。「Buffalo style cauliflower」以酸辣水牛醬煮製椰菜花,並加入味重的藍芝士,做法富新鮮感。那份適中的辛辣滋味亦十分適合作開胃前菜。相比之下,「Hot wings」的食感一點也不 “Hot”,因為雞翼沒有被醬汁直接醃煮過,頓時失了預期中的效果。「Shrimp and crab cake」水準持平,外層略為厚實,輕帶薄荷清香。小小一件大概只夠二人分享。主食「Miso salmon」以搶眼的紅菜頭汁作點綴,並以菠菜墊底作伴菜。吃三文魚扒追求稚嫩食感,建議烹煮時間可適量縮短以維持魚扒半生熟的狀態。「IPA BBQ Pork ribs」擁有鬆軟的口感,離骨拆肉易。只可惜調味上比較「單薄」,不如坊間同款菜式般濃味。接下來
