To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講真食茶記都係諗住快靚正，都無乜要求，但真係令到我lunch好嬲。去叫外賣，12.35分叫完，諗住等陣都好快有，十後鐘後去到，見前面幾個比完錢人仲係到。叫到683, 之後再叫下個冧巴已經係8分鐘左右，人哋食常餐，都可以咁耐。（仲有見到啲餐嘅油多腸仔盒好哂，應該差咗麵，但見到出哂水氣個包都一定好難食🫤）去到1點先叫到我餐，25分鐘。得返半個鐘食，都算希望下咗啖火。哇一打開，有菜，好似幾好，但佢加咗麻醬！同麵放一齊，但我係叫葱油撈面，最後啲麻醬又流哂去麵到，哇搞到陣味撈埋哂，勁難食。仲未講，啲面淋、霉，葱油：少、鹽未溶，入口成口油，仲要淋咗上塊扒到，撈到落面嘅得勁少。🫠然後扒餐比筷子⋯⋯塊扒用手拿？無諗過一個葱油撈面可以咁。煮得難食係一件事，佢係勁求其，塞個餸比你就算。完全無考慮過食客用餐體驗。$55蚊加涼茶味檸茶$5，真係食唔落👎🏻返工已經好辛苦一個鐘食嘢，搞到我成個下晝好bad feeling.
