To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上八點半, 去到創發都仲有位, 今時今日的創發, 已經沒有以前的氣勢了一坐低, 例牌一底功夫茶先, 茶味勁勁甘, 兩杯落肚, 精神為之一振! 今晚最想食川椒雞, 另外芥菜煲, 炒麵線, 胡椒豬肚湯同埋大地魚芥蘭係必選的川椒雞的雞肉比較鞋, 個汁黑椒味太重, 以前食會好食d因為個味會有少少蜜糖的甜味, 但今次就炒到有d燶同苦, 同埋只得咸同辣芥菜煲保持水準, 粒冬菇仲係好入味炒麵線味道就ok, 但份量依然係咁細碟, 麵線好彈牙, 不過d韮黃好似少左; 胡椒豬肚湯咸菜好淡, 同芥菜煲入面的芥菜黎比, 只係咸過佢少少, 直接令到湯唔夠味, 差了大地魚芥蘭鑊氣唔係咁夠, 唔通個師傅換了人? 又唔知係唔係因為咁, 客人的數量少了
