To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午市套餐主菜:煎阿拉斯加比目魚柳六安士皮脆魚肉厚身、火喉啱啱好,魚肉質量唔錯。飯粒企身、米質素唔錯。鍾意伴菜呢有好多種,用燒烤嘅方式呢,有少少鹽味,有燈籠椒茄子等等嘅伴碟。香草蜜糖燒法國春雞半隻最驚佢煮得過火,不過佢嘅肉質拿捏得幾好,軟硬度適中,近骨位有少少生。餐飲:熱情果芒果茶紅茶茶包用料唔錯。抹茶紅豆冰甜到拿捏把控OK,好香綠茶同紅豆味,加上奶昔嘅感覺口感唔錯。甜品:抹茶紅豆蛋糕跟餐有甜品係隨機嘅,好香綠茶味。細細舊啱晒唔想食咁多甜品嘅人。但係又想試少少過吓癮。
