To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得放假跟家人外出吃午飯, 今日家人指明想吃茶木。記得以往茶木很受歡迎, 每每未到營業時間, 門外已有食客排隊等候, 實在誇張。今次特意準時到達, 但卻沒人在外輪候!?很冷清的感覺。我們三人被安排卡位座, 坐下後點了3個菜: 紅燒牛肉麵台式滷味拼盤寶島三小碟台式滷味拼盤豬腩肉一如既往的嚡。味道方面, 整體很鹹, 真的非常鹹!寶島三小碟炸墨魚餅彈牙, 澆上少許醬汁, 味道不錯; 香辣炸雞辣得惹味, 配上沙律醬, 好味! 溏心蛋有濃濃蛋味, 不過賣相就麻麻。紅燒牛肉麵 (☆☆☆☆)湯底很濃很香, 牛肉很入味, 麵條軟硬適中, 不錯! 整體而言, 除了滷味拼盤稍為退步外, 其他水準仍不錯; 上菜速度亦令人滿意, 值得再來!
