是日與家人飯聚,新酒樓開張咁耐未去過,就去試菜。酒樓環境都幾寬敞舒適,因為主打婚宴,裝修都有婚宴氣派。我地五人點咗一個$423四餸一湯套餐,加龍躉兩味、薑蔥焗桶蠔。餐湯加$60 可轉冬瓜盅,天氣炎熱,冬瓜盅絕對係消暑良方。湯料都好足呀,有帶子、蟹柳、勝瓜、菇,味道清甜,酒樓奉上椒鹽一樽,但其實唔落更好味。套餐可選燒味拼盤、叉燒、海踅薰蹄或半隻炸子雞海味什菜煲選用北寄貝,新派酒樓係有D驚喜胡椒豬肚浸花甲,有銀杏、枝竹、菇、燈籠椒、咸菜,味道都不錯,花甲數量都唔少西蘭花炒蚌片薑蔥焗桶蠔,D蠔大大隻架$168 有六隻都算抵食,而$238龍躉兩味包括炒龍躉球同蒸龍躉,雖然我都喜歡西蘭花,但今晚似乎太多啦炒龍躉味道都ok, 偏咸,但個蒸龍躉超唔掂,放晒薑蔥陳皮都竟然有腥味連小食茶芥白飯兩碗大約$1100,下次龍躉兩味可以慳番
