To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前堂食 覺得炒飯炒得好好 有鑊氣又香 好足料～ 但今次二訪 覺得水準差左🥹 唔知係咪大廚失手 希望之後可以keep返好水準.｜美極牛肉鬆松子炒飯 $78炒飯粒粒分明 有鑊氣！肉粒同松子都好多 大大碟 好足料.｜即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 $78非常期待呢個即叫既炒飯 但水準失望😞椒鹽豬扒係有薄薄炸衣包住但唔重椒鹽味又唔熱辣辣 炒飯亦無另一款松子炒飯咁有鑊氣覺得比之前食既水準差左🥹 可惜.｜金飯仔沙嗲三寶 魷魚/豬皮/牛栢葉 $48 （跟餐$38）沙嗲汁惹味 但食材唔係件件都沾到醬汁/夠入味..豬皮有啲係超冧超吸汁 有啲就白雪雪🥲 牛栢葉一樣唔係舊舊都入味 而且牛栢葉較大舊 如果細舊啲就好魷魚就幾爽口👍🏻
