To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老婆大人慶祝生日，例牌之選就係食自助餐，因為選擇夠多，啱哂貪心嘴饞既她。先講生蠔，每次限拎三隻，但唔使擔心要等候好耐，開蠔個哥哥神手快速秒開一隻😆今期供應既coffee bay個頭較細，但係好鮮味！仲有焗蠔食，不過煙肉就落得太多，食哂隻蠔仲剩反好多煙肉。涷龍蝦好多膏兼啖啖肉夠大隻，我老婆就鐘意食鐵板龍蝦，話熱食蝦肉鮮甜好多喎～白酒煮蜆好大隻，無沙，好香牛油同酒味。仲有燒物串燒提供，好惹味！甜品賣相好靚，不過如果出多d一口size 既蛋糕會好d，自己切會切到一忽忽😂左上個個係某酒樓名甜品，蓮蓉西米布甸，估唔到會係到都食到！呢間自助餐廳仲有幾個亮點，首先係飲品方面，提供紅白餐酒任飲。食品種類繁多，生蠔龍蝦剌身等海鮮都有，價錢本身都合理，但竟然仲有信用卡優惠打折，真係好抵食下。
