To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 創發是馳名的老店,想起潮州菜,我就會想起九龍城的創發或上環的尚興。最喜歡一入門口的自選角落,放滿各式魚、花生炆豬尾、湯、鹵水鵝等。門口亦有新鮮海鮮。廚房出品相當穩定,出菜又快。一坐下,夥計會馬上送上工夫茶,大部分員工都是做了多年,面帶笑容、工作勤快。今次點了潮州翅,真的很久沒有吃,忽然想吃,味道不錯,也頗抵食。花滑䱽有魚味,但不夠滑。菜是老闆推介的,時令菜,烹調和調味都好。簡單好味。咸雞不錯,但豆醬雞才是我的最愛。小墨魚爽口,下面還有豆腐。吃得飽,又滿足。他們還有很多菜式,蠔烙、九肚魚、湯、時令菜也很好吃。老闆常駐場,水準保持得非常好,推介可靠。
