To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

水吧職員態度差劣

琴日叫左果炸魚沙律餐，本身果炸魚都凍既，落單唔夠一分鐘就出左，明顯地上一手有人唔要，咁啱我叫左一樣的餐，所以就俾我之後食完就小睡一陣，有個水吧職員走過拍醒我，但係附近有好多食完的盤都唔收，但係有時間拍醒客人（不指一次）當時拍醒的時候，職員語氣強硬，好冇禮貌，呢間公司的管理，職員的質素可想言之是何其參次。
