水果造型小蛋糕@Twinkle Baker Decor銅鑼灣希慎道8號G02號舖夏天為大地帶來脂肪，吃蛋糕雪糕是常識吧！看到可愛造型的小蛋糕，即時淘銀包買回家同屋企人一齊食，做飯後甜品。草莓同青蘋果造型，顏色好鮮明搶眼同夏天感覺超夾，其次仲有芒果柚子荔枝味都係新出，價錢由$42至$45，而家仲1有1蚊換購一個優惠。有外表更要看內涵，Mousse 海綿蛋糕荔枝味最女生化，粉紅色的透明啫哩內藏食肉花辦，靚到唔捨得食。中層是濃濃的荔枝玫瑰raspberry mousse,酸中有股玫瑰花香同清新荔枝芳香，花香同打發得夠的mousse 點都不覺膩。芒果都是由啫哩同芒果mousse組成，中間會有海綿蛋糕，加埋好甜的芒果肉，更點綴了食用金箔呢。柚子好韓風feel,是乳酪柚子mousse,底下仲有餅底架青蘋果外層糖漿點甜，但有果肉同海綿蛋糕同唔會太甜膩架mousse，層次豐富食落口感優勝，立體做形可不易維持。草莓同蘋果層次相同，同樣是有果肉蓉在中間，外層淋了紅色糖漿，小孩子們搶著兩款水果蛋糕呢!而甜度較高岩小朋友口味，女生也會愛的cutie賣相。這就是我上妹妹家吃飯的飯後甜品，成家大細連狗都搖尾，就知
