每次光顧呢家店,signature kikusan 卷永遠都係首選,細細既飯卷上舖滿吞拿魚、三文魚籽、海膽等等既材料,新鮮足料,不用沾任何醬汁,經已品嚐到各種配料既真味道!跟外面既餐廳不一樣,小籠包既餡料有豬肉或雞肉既選擇。最後揀左豬肉小籠包,皮薄湯味濃郁,配上少許薑絲及黑醋就剛剛好。另外,再order 左清酒雞同串燒,每一口雞肉都充斥住清酒既味道,未有係烹調既過程中完全揮發,連唔食雞皮既我都忍唔住口食左幾塊;最有特色既串燒係燒飯團,出面既串燒店都不一定有呢個選擇,表面個層既飯有微微飯焦,香脆可口。甜品係重要既一環,點了花生黑芝麻驢打滾,粒粒花生芝麻、配上甜甜既椰絲,及香脆既卷皮,係最佳既搭配。
